ABSEIL SYSTEMS

Abseil systems allow users to reach areas that are extremely difficult and obscure to access via other access methods through the use of industrial rope access techniques.

Ideal applications for abseil systems could include:

  • Fall protection above work areas and under canopies and facades
  • Maintenance, inspection and cleaning of high rise buildings, atriums, towers, silos and signs
  • Unobtrusive facade and window access
  • Confined space entry and retrieval
  • Rescue work

Our range of abseil systems includes:

ANCHOR POINTS

Anchor points are suitable for buildings with smaller areas of façade or that require infrequent rope access. The anchor points are spaced to allow easy movement between each anchor and can be designed into new buildings or retrofitted to most structures.

RAIL SYSTEMS

Rail systems used for abseil are a great alternative to BMUs (Building Maintenance Units) as they are unobtrusive and can be blended into their surroundings. Suitable for buildings with large expanses of façade, they provide continuous and effective fall protection via the smooth and uninterrupted sealed bearing trolley system.

DAVIT ARM SYSTEMS

Davit arm systems are custom designed and specially engineered systems providing portable or fixed telescoping arms. They are most commonly used in conjunction with rope access systems for maintenance and cleaning of high-rise buildings, atriums and signs, and confined space and rescue work.
